The high-power LED as the higher wattage, used in street lights, patio lights, and so the application of its junction temperature has two elements to be reached at the same time, LED's luminous efficiency and lifetime can be guaranteed. First, the temperature should be balanced, the temperature is not the gap between each single LED that is parallel too large, otherwise cause thermal bias effect, reduced life of the LED, the light fades produce, and finally to the entire light damage. Followed by lower temperatures, if the junction temperature can be maintained at about 75 ℃, the LED's life will be up to the ideal of 50,000 hours.
